Thanks for sharing.
@Heissenburger thank you!
3:00 in Xiangqi 'stalemate' is not a draw: the player to move but with no legal move loses
that not call king is call the "General"
at 3:00, isn't it immediate mate? the "green" king has no legal moves. or is there another green piece I'm missing? they all seem red to me.
called checkmate lah lol
I learned the hard way that almost all Chinese adults are good at this game >.>
basic moves lol thot i was gona learn something sexy
stupid 1....
When kings meat each other in a match...
& the king has no other move...
CHECKMATE!!
a lot, buddy.
ask a chinese friend to teach you if they know.
This is what youtube has been missing, about time. Well done, and thanks for the lessons.
yeah, its not face to face crap, its called "flying king"
Hi
Please go to my website and click on the links to view close-up pictures of both sides of the playing pieces. The king is represented by a crown, the guard by a sword and shield, the rook by a wheel, the pawn by a spear point, etc.
thanks for the lesson.
can someone tell me the diffrences between chinese chess and regular chess
kings can ... but when they face each other whoever turn is it can use their king to eat the other king it's called fei jiang in Chinese English will be fly king i know it sounds weird
er the first chess is go chess about 5000 years ago.. xiangqi i think is the second 1...
it means the one had the last laugh wins...
think in English idioms. the last laugh wins...
may i know what English letters represent those Chinese chess. i had a hard time regonise them. thx
this the rule. it is call flying general.
unlike i chess international chess king can face other. but this in chinese chess when faces each other will meaning they will fight head on...
im pretty ownage for my age, btw nice lesson lol your lessons can be very useful these days
What does laughing mean?
no the kings start off with a pawn in front of them
it looks like
king
pawn
pawn
king
no, each king has a pawn in front of it. so the column looks like
king
pawn
pawn
king
Thanks for the post! Of course kings can be in the same vertical file (or column), but there must be another piece interposed. The kings cannot be in the same file unless there is another piece between them.
